Sourdough is the bread of the moment! However, it is not new, it is bread that has been made for centuries with just flour, water, salt and time.
But what is a starter? How do you manage it? How can I fit it in around a busy life? Why is sourdough better for me? Just some of the questions that will all be answered on this course.
I will take you through ingredients, processes and shaping techniques. We will make about 5 different breads, have morning tea, a delicious lunch, and you’ll have all the recipes, a pot of my starter and a big bag of delicious bread, that you have made yourself, to take home.
