All of my classes assume no prior baking experience, are small and are taught in a friendly, informal atmosphere with plenty of time for practice and individual guidance.
They will be taught in my beautiful new bakery space in Overton on Dee. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, morning tea, a delicious lunch, recipes and a big bag of bread to take home. All you have to bring is an apron and a love of bread.
“Liz herself is a wonderful teacher and a really nice person to be around, and while she crams a huge amount of knowledge into the time you spend with her, it always feels like you are hanging out with a friend. The mixing, kneading and baking itself is all very enjoyable, and the bread itself is nothing short of heavenly. One week on and I’ve already baked a focaccia from scratch. If a half shaved ape such as myself can do this, anyone can. I really can’t recommend this course enough. Thanks so much Liz, we both had an amazing time.”

"I’ve just been to Liz for the second time and it was just as wonderful as the first. It’s just so lovely to be taught in her home, it feels like you are hanging out with a friend who is sharing her knowledge with you. And I learnt so much, plus I came home with a bag full of delicious bread!! And lunch is amazing too. Cannot recommend Liz’s courses highly enough :)"
