An introduction to the absolute joy of real bread, all in a small, fun, hands on class in my beautiful new bakery space.
You will learn to knead, shape and bake a variety of delicious breads as well as gain knowledge on some of the science behind the magic of yeast and gluten. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, morning tea, lunch, recipes and a big bag of bread to take home.
