Artisan Bread Class

The artisan class is all about putting delicious things into your delicious breads.

We will add mixed fruits to a round loaf, top a fougasse with seeds and flavoured salts, shape a softly sweet honey brioche and fill a soda bread with blue cheese and walnuts, as well as gain knowledge on some of the science behind the magic of yeast and gluten. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, morning tea, lunch, recipes and a big bag of bread to take home.

“Learning with Liz makes you want to go home and start kneading straight away! She makes learning how to make bread fun and informative. You really get individual attention and she breaks down the process into easy to understand steps. We got to take our breads home much to the delight of a very appreciative husband, and I’ve now signed up to another of Liz’s classes. I can’t wait.”
