Bring the taste of the Mediterranean into your home!
During this hands-on class, we’ll make some classic Italian breads including focaccia and Ciabatta, and two different types of grissini. Be prepared for some sticky dough fun. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, morning tea, lunch, recipes and a big bag of bread to take home.
